Champagne dial, diamond hour markers, date display at 3 o'clock, an 18k Yellow Gold 39mm case, fluted bezel, winder, bracelet and folded clasp, sapphire crystal glass, quartz movement and waterproof up to 100m. This watch is the only limited edition piece ever released by Rolex that was available to the public, it was also the first Rolex fitted with sapphire crystal glass. It is believed that only 1000 pieces were made, with the majority in yellow gold and the minority in white, but even fewer were fitted with diamond dials. For these reasons the Texan Beta 21 is a very rare and extremely sought after watch, perfect for collectors, marking an experimental point in Rolex history.
