Pre-owned, excellent condition Rare 1960's Patek Philippe 'Secret' ladies wristwatch, reference 3266/6, in Platinum. A silvered dial with baton hour markers and signed Patek Philippe is housed in a polished 15.5mm case with snap-on back. It is concealed beneath a stunning sea shell, oyster-like designed hinged cover. The cover is adorned with Marquise, Tapered Baguettes and brilliant-cut diamonds, and features an integrated two-row bracelet that tapers into a single row, covered with baguette-cut diamonds throughout.
The dial and movement are signed Patek Philippe, the bracelet clasp is stamped PP.Co and PT 950, and the crown with the Patek Philippe logo. Diamonds are approximately 7-8 carats total, finished with acrylic glass and manual wind movement. The widest part of the shell hinge measures 23.5mm.
