Blue dial, applied baton hour markers and Roman numeral at 12 o'clock, an 18k White Gold 26mm case, diamond bezel, winder, stunning and uncommonly found pattern on the integrated woven bracelet, and clasp with Patek Philippe logo, sapphire crystal glass and manual-wind movement. Circa 1980's.
