Gold dial with applied baton hour markers, the dial is concealed under the 'Secret' case opening, which has been deisnged when closed to blend in with the watch to appear as bangle bracelet, an 18k Yellow Gold 18mm case, integrated bracelet and jewellery clasp with an sliding seal Omega logo, sapphire crystal glass and manual wind movement. Circa 1960's.
