Pre-owned, excellent condition Cartier Santos Automatique reference 0901 18k Yellow Gold ladies wristwatch, circa 1980's. White dial, black Roman numeral hour markers, hour and minute track, blued steel hands, an 18k Yellow Gold 23.5mm case, a high polish finished bezel featuring the classic 8 Santos screws, a Satin-finished bracelet with contrasting high polish finished screws and deployant clasp, winder with a blue cabochon, sapphire crystal glass and automatic movement. The caseback is slightly raised to accomodate the automatic movement, but is unnoticeable when worn on the wrist. This watch has a satin matte finish whilst the case side, bezel and screws on the bracelet feature a beautifully contrasting high polished finish - an attrractive staple of this model.
