Silver engine turned dial, an 18k Yellow Gold 18mm case, smooth bezel, diamond-shaped Ruby's at 12 & 6 o'clock of the bezel top connecting to the shoulders, which feature 4 triangle-cut Yellow Sapphires & 2 tear-drop shaped Emeralds split at either end, a new Cartier black satin strap, an 18k Yellow Gold deployant clasp, sapphire crystal glass and quartz movement. Circa 1990's.
